  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg generally takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
  • Free shipping within the Benelux.

Our products are produced specifically to order. Therefore, processing times may vary during busy periods or holidays.

Return Policy

Not satisfied with your order? You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.

We recommend carefully checking the size chart before placing an order.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, send an email to info@loneprayers.nl with:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The reason for return (optional)

After reviewing your request, you will receive further instructions for returning your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
