Shipping policy

At LONEPRAYERS®, we strive to process every order carefully and as quickly as possible. As our products are made to order, specific processing and delivery times apply.

Production & Processing

All products are produced specifically for you after your order has been placed. This helps reduce overproduction and allows us to ensure each product is finished with care.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

During busy periods, product launches, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • The Netherlands: 2–7 business days
  • Belgium and Luxembourg: 3–7 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

  • Free shipping within the Benelux.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If you have not received your order within 14 days after shipment, please contact us at info@loneprayers.nl.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide an appropriate solution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

LONEPRAYERS® is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@loneprayers.nl.

If possible, include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of any damage
  • Photos of the packaging

This will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
