At LONEPRAYERS®, we strive for a simple, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. Below you will find all information regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.
Shipping Information
• Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
• Delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
• Free shipping within the Benelux.
Return Policy
Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem.
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unworn and unwashed.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
Because our products are made to order, we recommend carefully checking the size chart before placing an order.
Request a Return
Send an email to info@loneprayers.nl with:
• Your order number
• Your name
• Reason for return (optional)
After approval, you will receive further instructions for returning your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@loneprayers.nl and, if possible, include photos of the problem.
We always look for a suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
